EU/EEA consumers can withdraw within 14 days; credits already used are not refunded. You request an immediate service start at checkout.
Plans renew every month until you cancel, which you can do at any time with Cancel at renewal on this page. Monthly credits are replaced at each renewal and do not roll over; top-up credits never expire.
Upgrades take effect after payment, with charges and extra credits proportional to the time remaining. Downgrades take effect at renewal.

Season One Founders: every account that pays for PLUS or PRO before season one ends, at 00:00 UTC on 14 January 2027, gets a numbered Founder mark by its name on leaderboards, its profile and its replays. Cancelling keeps it, for good; a payment that is refunded or disputed does not count, and if none of an account's payments counts, the mark goes. Numbers go in the order people subscribe and are never given twice. It is a thank-you and gives no advantage in play. See the terms.
Not available in the United Kingdom or the Isle of Man, sorry. UK law makes a seller from outside the UK register for UK VAT from its very first sale there, and PLOYCRAFT, a small Italian business, is not registered, so payments from the UK, or with a UK card, are refused. The free daily credits work everywhere.
Which credits are used first, and how does this affect refunds?
We use free credits first, then subscription credits, then top-up credits. Within each category, the oldest purchase is used first. Each purchase has its own usage record.
For example, if you have 40 unused credits from an older top-up, buy another 40, and then spend 10, those 10 come from the older top-up. If you withdraw from the newer purchase within the applicable withdrawal period, we remove its 40 unused credits and refund that purchase in full; your older 30 credits remain.
If the selected purchase itself has only 30 of its 40 credits unused, withdrawal removes those 30 and its unused-credit refund is 75% of its price. See the withdrawal terms for applicable rights and exceptions.

Withdraw from a contract
If you are a consumer in the EU or EEA, you can withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, or longer where the law provides, without giving a reason. Withdrawal is different from Cancel at renewal: it ends the contract and its future renewals, and we reimburse the amount due within 14 days. See section 5 of the Terms of Service.
